HARUKA NAKAMURA, JUNYA YANAGIDAIRA LIVE AT NOWHERE (TOYAMA, JAPAN)

This summer at the end of July, haruka nakamura will make a yearly trip up north of Japan to Toyama Prefecture for a performance at nowhere, a small cafe where locals gather not only for their delicious rice and organic beverages but also for the frequent small music performances by visiting artists from around the world. Since his first performance at nowhere in 2009, haruka nakamura has performed free improvised sets with the likes of mujika easel and ARAKI Shin. This time, haruka will be joined by ironomi’s Junya Yanagidaira, isao saito and saxophonist yow funahashi.

One of Kitchen. Label’s most recent stockists, Studio Timeless opened in January 2012 at Changle Road, Shanghai. Along with stocking Kitchen. Label releases, Studio Timeless focuses primarily on quality handcrafted clothing and accessory brands for men like Gitman Bros, S.N.S. Herning, YUKETEN and publications such as Inventory Magazine. Upon stepping into the boutique, the first thing that catches the eye, aside from the eclectic collection of quality menswear, is the creative contemporary décor influenced by the architectural background of store owner and curator Zhang Pingchuan.
