Announcing Hiroshi Ebina ‘On Solitude’

KITCHEN. LABEL is pleased to announce On Solitude, the new album by Hiroshi Ebina.

Created for an overconnected world, On Solitude reflects on digital fatigue, quiet disconnection, and the rediscovery of stillness. Moving between ambient reflection, dream-techno clarity, and post-digital minimalism, Ebina’s third album for KITCHEN. LABEL frames solitude not as isolation, but as renewal, a way of hearing oneself again amid constant noise.

Musically, the album expands beyond his earlier works into a more textured field of motion and tone, drawing from post-classical composition, dream-pop warmth, and soft techno glow. The opening track, “The Village in the Sky,” featuring Hinako Omori, introduces the album with a gentle sense of radiance, while later pieces gradually dissolve into quieter, more introspective spaces.

On Solitude will be released on 20 February 2026 in limited-edition winter grey vinyl, CD, and digital formats.
