SHIPPING POLICY

KITCHEN. LABEL ships Worldwide from Singapore. We offer 2 delivery options at checkout:

1. Shipping with Tracking – A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping without Tracking – No tracking number will be provided therefore we will not be liable for any orders lost in transit, nor be able to advise on specifically when your order will arrive.

To find out shipping costs, select your item and proceed to the check out page. Enter your address and delivery charges will be auto-calculated, without the need for payment or registration.

Import duties may be charged on your parcel when it reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office should you have any questions relating to customs charges.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, together with your tracking number if you have selected Shipping with Tracking. From there on, you may track your order from your Account page.

If you selected Shipping without Tracking, we will not be able to advise on specific delivery times, nor be liable for parcels lost in transit.

Delivery time is typically 3-5 working days within Asia and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world. C heck our logistic partner’s website for the most updated estimate.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

All prices in our store are in USD. We accept payment only via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still make payment using a credit/debit card via Paypal. You do not have to enter your credit card information on our website, nor do we have access to this sensitive data.

Paypal is PCI(Payment Card Industry)-compliant. PCI security standards are minimum requirements for protecting your payment card information. Adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and JCB, PCI compliance is required for all merchants that store, transmit, or process payment card information. PRE-ORDERS

If you order additional products with your pre-order, please be advised that we cannot split shipments. Your order will always ship complete when the pre-ordered item becomes available.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Once you have successfully made payment and checked out, there are 2 ways to access your instant digital downloads.

1. Email: You will receive an email with download links. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you paid with PayPal, please check the email address associated with your PayPal account.

2. Login to our website: Log in to your Account area and go to the Downloads page.

You may download your purchase unlimited times.

If you are experiencing problems downloading a purchase, please make sure that your browser is not in incognito mode. If your download still does not work, do contact us at orders@kitchen-label.com.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days from your date of delivery. Shipping for return orders will be borne by the customer. We will not refund any shipping costs associated with return orders.

We accept unconditional returns on the following items:

1. Product that arrived damaged
2. Unopened media
3. Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title
