Out Now: Hiroshi Ebina ‘On Solitude’

Hiroshi Ebina’s On Solitude arrives on winter grey vinyl and CD.

The album is Ebina’s quiet response to an overconnected world. Across drifting rhythms, vaporous synths, and restrained pulses of soft techno, he traces the emotional afterglow of digital fatigue and the grace of stillness rediscovered. His third album for KITCHEN. LABEL moves between ambient reflection, dream-techno clarity, and post-digital minimalism, proposing solitude not as isolation, but as renewal.

From the luminous opening of The Village in the Sky featuring Hinako Omori, to the environmental textures of Hokokuji Bamboo Forest, and the hushed closing A Silent Room with marucoporoporo, the record unfolds like an inner dialogue. Mastered by Joseph Branciforte at Greyfade Studio, with artwork by Chizuru Masumura.
